This document describes a magazine called House & Design that targets homeowners. It aims to help people transform their average homes into dream homes. The target audience is people aged 25-50 in social class A who are interested in business, travel, and home investments. Sample pages from the magazine are included showing interior design features. The magazine will be distributed by Timmye Distribution in Kenya and sponsored by the same in exchange for product marketing. Creating the magazine helped develop the author's skills in photography, Photoshop, teamwork, planning, research, and other areas.
