Mikail is the hotel freak. He has close friendship with founders of Rixos Group thus 
gained an expertise on accomodation sector with his interactions of Rixos Group. 
During university education Mikail Gürbüz improved himself in accomodation 
industry via seasonal internships in Rixos Grand Ankara, Rixos Sungate Antalya, 
Rixos The Palm Dubai for 5 years. He is responsible for business development and 
financial issues of Hotels724 while leading requirement gathering, concept 
development, product evolution and validation processes. He feeds the group 
through regular meetings and collects up to date feedback with Rixos Group’s 
officials. 
Şerafettin is the .net expert. He builds web applications using .Net MVC, 
Tsql, Oracle, Entity framework code first, Linq, WCF, Web Api, Jquery, Bootstrap 
technologies. He has a strong background about web applications. He dealed with 
complex queries, layered structures, dependency injection in his works. He 
developed web applications for Ministry of Health which consume data from 
Oracle or Microsoft Sql databases. Some of projects he involved in are "Web 
Applications Inventory", "Doctor Working Position Demands", "Patient Rights 
Complaint Declaration System", "Risky Medicine Evaluation System". 
Oğuz is the front-end developer and interesed in mobile applications of Hotels724 
and designing graphical user interfaces with jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3. He also 
works on miscellaneous computer graphics applications such as video game 
development, interactive virtual reality applications with NUI devices like Kinect. 
He has a B.S degree in computer engineering (computer science and software 
engineering) and is pursuing a M.S. degree. As a senior project, he and his team 
developed a football game for Linux operating system. He is mainly responsible for 
front-end development and search engine optimization of Hotels724.

open to benefit of outside users. 
 Generally Room Booking, SPA Booking, 
Restaurant Booking, Fitness membership, Pool 
Booking and Club Event Booking constitutes 
the service portfolio of a hotel that is open to 
benefit of outside users. 
 About marketing this service portfolio, so far 
web platforms only dedicated to room booking; 
like booking.com, hotels.com, trivago.com, 
expedia.com have been founded. Those 
platforms have an approach of focusing on 
room booking and do not include booking of 
other services.
 Hotels724 is a marketing platform for hotels 
to market their service portfolio open to users 
not staying in hotel such as Room, SPA, 
Restaurant, Fitness, Pool and Club Events 
Booking. Each hotel can separately update 
Room, SPA, Restaurant, Fitness, Pool and Club 
Events pages in its profile and users can check 
availability and book the service he want to 
benefit.
Global online hospitality sector has an economic size of 
approximately $6000 billion dollars. 
 Room Booking generates only %60 of this size. 
 Remaining %40 is generated by the service portfolio excluding 
Room Booking. 
 Currently there is no any online marketing platform that enable 
hotels to sell this service portfolio. 
 Hotels724 enables hotels to market this remaining service 
portfolio.
 Users can reach the reviews specific to the service they are interested in 
which will provide users access opportunity to service-oriented reviews. 
 Hotels are informed by service-oriented reviews which will provide 
them a better insight about what customers think about a specific service. 
 Service specific guest feedback provided during check-in hotel the 
advantage of going into action in minimum response time.
 Hotels724 has been launched as a regular booking platform. As an official 
afilliate of Expedia.com, there are over 240.000 hotels world wide in its 
inventory. Expedia.com serves in our name for customer service and 
payment is done through Expedia.com’s pos in Hotels724.com. 
Hotels724 gains %5 commision from each reservation done. For the sake of 
having a fast launch along with a running system while development 
process, standart user interface provided by Expedia -chameleon theme- has 
been used in its first version. 
We are currently developing our second version room booking platform on 
Expedia API in order to deliver the room booking through our native 
interface since current chameleon theme doesn’t give a professional feel 
although it has no missing user interface elements for room booking. 
 After developing our native room booking interface and launching it, we 
will develop the system that enables hotels to create their spa, fitness, pool 
and event profiles and users can search and book for those services just like 
regular room booking process.
 Next we will market Hotels724 to those 240.000 hotels who already have a 
room booking profile and sign contract with those hotels for selling their spa, 
restaurant, fitness, pool and hotel events. 
 We expect to have a commision rate of %10 to %20 for per spa, restaurant, 
pool, event reservation and fitness membership while still keeping up our 
%5 business model with Expedia for room booking. 
 As we sign contract one hotel for registering their spa, restaurant, fitness, 
pool and hotel events profiles we will include room booking profile in 
contract. In this way we will create our own database one by one for each 
hotel and gradually convert room booking from outsourcing from Expedia to 
insource. 
 After having a significant amount of reservations from those services we 
plan to launch our in-hotel mobile version which will enable registered 
hotels to market their in-hotel specific service portfolio to check-in guests.

  • 3. Mikail is the hotel freak. He has close friendship with founders of Rixos Group thus gained an expertise on accomodation sector with his interactions of Rixos Group. During university education Mikail Gürbüz improved himself in accomodation industry via seasonal internships in Rixos Grand Ankara, Rixos Sungate Antalya, Rixos The Palm Dubai for 5 years. He is responsible for business development and financial issues of Hotels724 while leading requirement gathering, concept development, product evolution and validation processes. He feeds the group through regular meetings and collects up to date feedback with Rixos Group’s officials. Şerafettin is the .net expert. He builds web applications using .Net MVC, Tsql, Oracle, Entity framework code first, Linq, WCF, Web Api, Jquery, Bootstrap technologies. He has a strong background about web applications. He dealed with complex queries, layered structures, dependency injection in his works. He developed web applications for Ministry of Health which consume data from Oracle or Microsoft Sql databases. Some of projects he involved in are "Web Applications Inventory", "Doctor Working Position Demands", "Patient Rights Complaint Declaration System", "Risky Medicine Evaluation System". Oğuz is the front-end developer and interesed in mobile applications of Hotels724 and designing graphical user interfaces with jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3. He also works on miscellaneous computer graphics applications such as video game development, interactive virtual reality applications with NUI devices like Kinect. He has a B.S degree in computer engineering (computer science and software engineering) and is pursuing a M.S. degree. As a senior project, he and his team developed a football game for Linux operating system. He is mainly responsible for front-end development and search engine optimization of Hotels724.

  • 9. Room is not one and the only service that you can book among the service portfolio of a hotel open to benefit of outside users.  Generally Room Booking, SPA Booking, Restaurant Booking, Fitness membership, Pool Booking and Club Event Booking constitutes the service portfolio of a hotel that is open to benefit of outside users.  About marketing this service portfolio, so far web platforms only dedicated to room booking; like booking.com, hotels.com, trivago.com, expedia.com have been founded. Those platforms have an approach of focusing on room booking and do not include booking of other services.
  • 10.  Hotels724 is a marketing platform for hotels to market their service portfolio open to users not staying in hotel such as Room, SPA, Restaurant, Fitness, Pool and Club Events Booking. Each hotel can separately update Room, SPA, Restaurant, Fitness, Pool and Club Events pages in its profile and users can check availability and book the service he want to benefit.

  • 12. Global online hospitality sector has an economic size of approximately $6000 billion dollars.  Room Booking generates only %60 of this size.  Remaining %40 is generated by the service portfolio excluding Room Booking.  Currently there is no any online marketing platform that enable hotels to sell this service portfolio.  Hotels724 enables hotels to market this remaining service portfolio.
  • 13.  Users can reach the reviews specific to the service they are interested in which will provide users access opportunity to service-oriented reviews.  Hotels are informed by service-oriented reviews which will provide them a better insight about what customers think about a specific service.  Service specific guest feedback provided during check-in hotel the advantage of going into action in minimum response time.

  • 15.  Hotels724 has been launched as a regular booking platform. As an official afilliate of Expedia.com, there are over 240.000 hotels world wide in its inventory. Expedia.com serves in our name for customer service and payment is done through Expedia.com’s pos in Hotels724.com. Hotels724 gains %5 commision from each reservation done. For the sake of having a fast launch along with a running system while development process, standart user interface provided by Expedia -chameleon theme- has been used in its first version. We are currently developing our second version room booking platform on Expedia API in order to deliver the room booking through our native interface since current chameleon theme doesn’t give a professional feel although it has no missing user interface elements for room booking.  After developing our native room booking interface and launching it, we will develop the system that enables hotels to create their spa, fitness, pool and event profiles and users can search and book for those services just like regular room booking process.
  • 16.  Next we will market Hotels724 to those 240.000 hotels who already have a room booking profile and sign contract with those hotels for selling their spa, restaurant, fitness, pool and hotel events.  We expect to have a commision rate of %10 to %20 for per spa, restaurant, pool, event reservation and fitness membership while still keeping up our %5 business model with Expedia for room booking.  As we sign contract one hotel for registering their spa, restaurant, fitness, pool and hotel events profiles we will include room booking profile in contract. In this way we will create our own database one by one for each hotel and gradually convert room booking from outsourcing from Expedia to insource.  After having a significant amount of reservations from those services we plan to launch our in-hotel mobile version which will enable registered hotels to market their in-hotel specific service portfolio to check-in guests.
