1. Home, targeted phototherapy using narrowband UVB light may be an effective and safe treatment for early vitiligo lesions in both children and adults compared to monotherapies alone. 2. A large multicenter randomized controlled trial is proposed to compare the effectiveness of localized narrowband UVB combined with topical agents against narrowband UVB alone and topical agents alone for treating early vitiligo lesions. 3. The proposed trial aims to determine if early vitiligo lesions respond better to combination therapy and if this treatment is suitable and improves compliance and quality of life for children.
