The Hoboken Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a special meeting on April 2, 2009 at 7:00 PM in City Hall to hear four cases. The cases include variance applications for properties at 920 Castle Point Terrace, 516 Grand St./517 Adams St., 33 Willow Court, and 1316 Willow Avenue. Each case will involve testimony from applicants, attorneys, and architects who were previously carried over from the March 17th meeting.
