$100,000 budget for construction only

Seating and small tables present in the café
Tables outside of the main café
Suggested a glass wall to enclose the café

Red area is where the main
renovations will take place
Gray area is where the café will
gradually fade into the library
Outside deck seating to enjoy

Visible when you enter the library
Must enter the library to have access to it

Will not disturb entire second floor
Second floor is already the designated “loud” floor
