High Greens have Amazing Areas of Brilliance and limiting patterns of behaviour. You are good, but you can be even better if you learn how to talk to yourself in carefully worded positive statements that if repeated on a regular basis will help you to replace old programming. Mentally or audibly repeat each statement, accept each one as being true and feel the energy and empowerment that arises with your acceptance. Eventually your inner dialogue will automatically include these positive thoughts. The negative thoughts will get weaker and you will accelerate your cycle of self development in becoming the Self Actualizing High Green you are capable of being. You will replace High Green limiting patterns of behaviour with new positive habits. I would like to give you a few rules to follow to make this system work best for you. • Don’t worry about the truth of your self instruction. Keep in mind that they are about who you want to be not who you are today. • Keep your self instructions in the present tense. • Keep your self instructions free of guilt. • Use your emotions in your self instructions. • Don’t try to change everything all at once start with 10 self instructions. • Begin with easy self instructions to build confidence in this system. • Put some on a 3 x 5 card and review them several times each day.
