Summary of experience
I have 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP spread over multiple projects ranging from full
implementations, to upgrades, to mini projects and support. I have developed skills during this period that
enables me to work closely and efficiently as part of a team but also the ability to function on my own. The
knowledge gained from working on big scale projects enables me to integrate my role with others,
working closely with functional consultants, technical consultants and end users. I am used to working on
tight schedules. This was further enhanced the past couple of years when I became an independent
contractor. The knowledge gained from working in a support environment for the past 5 years have further
equipped me with the ability to work under pressure and to solve problems quickly.
The knowledge and abilities obtained from my exposure to various environments and different clients
enables me to provide and implement solutions from inception, to design, to user acceptance testing, to
implementation, to support. Environments ranging from standalone systems, to multiple tiered systems
both local and international, extending to various different systems interfacing with each other. This
includes the ability to take an idea or need and deliver a working solution. As a technical consultant, I
have had a lot of exposure to do system investigations, documenting existing infrastructure and
developments, providing technical specifications both before implementation and post implementation,
providing training on developments done and creating test data.
