AllTrust Insurance, headquartered in Shanghai, is one of the leading insurance service
providers, with a solid background of power energy shareholders. AllTrust Insurance
implemented SAP in 2011 and to control budget, it planned to implement SAP BCS, with
help of IBM. The project scope focuses on SAP BCS to support budget control and plan.
I was outsourced to this project to support system go live.

Project Overview:
Asset Management System is built on Netweaver 7.4 with Java Web Dynpro. It provides
different business functions of asset management, such as master data, asset
receive&return, transfer, scrap, asset counts, etc. Interface integrates AMS and FI-AA to
keep assets data consistent with each other system.

CCI is a start-up insurance company, which headquartered in Taiyuan Shanxi Province.
It chose IBM to implement SAP. This project implemented a whole accounting system
solution for CCI, including multi dimension accounting, integration with core business
system and HR system, expenses assessment and CIRC submission system. The
project scope includes FIGL, FIAP, FIAA, COCCA, COIO, COCEA, COPA and ABAP.

Project Overview:
PICC is the largest property insurance company of China with thousands of annual
premium revenues. In 2011, it began to build its next generation accounting system and
finally chose IBM to implement SAP. IBM implemented a whole accounting system
solution for PICC, including multi dimension accounting, integration with core business
system, reserve system, reinsurance system, asset system, expense claims system and
HR system, expenses assessment and CIRC submission system. The project scope
includes FIGL, FIAR, FIAP, FIAA, COCCA, COIO, COCEA, COPA, BO, BW and ABAP.
Key Responsibility:
 Lead integration development with HR system, Unit test and integration test.
 The first expense assessment solution support. It already went live.

from engineering, purchase, manufacturing, inventory management, sales and financial
accounting and costing. The project scope includes FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.
