CSD Rise Multi Cable & Pipe Sealing System - Features :
Simple and effective : RISE Duct Seals are a multi-cable and pipe transit sealing system providing an effective and simple solution to all fire, gas and water tight duct sealing requirements.
Few Components : RISE Duct Seals system consist of only two components - 1) rubber insert sleeves used to guarantee cable separation and as a backing for the sealant layer, 2) FIWA sealant, a high quality silicone based, fire resistant, water repellent sealant which makes the duct seal system quick and easy to install.
Water and Gas Tight : RISE Duct Seals provide high elasticity and bonding strength which resists movement, shock and vibration providing a stable duct seal. RISE rubber insert sleeves are applied to provide cable separation and a backing for the application of the FIWA sealant. 60mm RISE sleeves are adequate for water and gas tight duct sealing.
Fire, Water and Gas Tight : RISE Duct Seals using rubber insert sleeves at a length of 160mm and applying FIWA sealant to both faces of the opening will provide a fire tight duct seal.
Flexible and Versatile : RISE Duct Seals can be used in vertical and horizontal ducts. RISE rubber insert sleeves cling to the cables without sliding down and falling out of the penetration. The high adhesion and viscosity of the duct sealant means it will not run or drip when applied overhead.
Adding and Removing Cables : RISE Duct Seals allow the installing of additional cables - it is a simple matter of coring into the soft rubber of the sealant to a depth of 20mm and passing the additional cables through the opening created. The duct sealant is then applied around the new cable to re-seal - there is no need to disassemble the transit system.

zkStudyClub - Reef: Fast Succinct Non-Interactive Zero-Knowledge Regex ProofsAlex Pruden
This paper presents Reef, a system for generating publicly verifiable succinct non-interactive zero-knowledge proofs that a committed document matches or does not match a regular expression. We describe applications such as proving the strength of passwords, the provenance of email despite redactions, the validity of oblivious DNS queries, and the existence of mutations in DNA. Reef supports the Perl Compatible Regular Expression syntax, including wildcards, alternation, ranges, capture groups, Kleene star, negations, and lookarounds. Reef introduces a new type of automata, Skipping Alternating Finite Automata (SAFA), that skips irrelevant parts of a document when producing proofs without undermining soundness, and instantiates SAFA with a lookup argument. Our experimental evaluation confirms that Reef can generate proofs for documents with 32M characters; the proofs are small and cheap to verify (under a second).

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.
I, a former op, would like to extend an invitation to all application developers to join the observability party will share these foundational concepts to build on:

C o n t e n t s & I n t r o d u c t i o n
At the leading edge of fibre and copper management
The Broadband Systems Division of HellermannTyton has designed a remarkably innovative range
of fibre splicing closures for external and internal plant equipment. These sealed closures protect
the fibre and copper management systems from adverse environmental conditions whilst maintaining
ready access for effective cable installation. Fibres are housed in space-saving modular units that
minimise network disruption and have been designed to allow further modules to be added at
a later date for increased capacity, thus ensuring a future proof design. Copper closures utilise
the same external housings as fibre closures to give familiarity across the product range.
Designing solutions for the future
More and more customers are demanding maximum flexibility and a modular approach to cable
management systems that will fit into existing and future networks. All closures have therefore
been designed to cater for this requirement and also the wide variety of fibre optic cables that
are now available including slotted core, loose tube, compact, ribbon and blown fibre / cable
applications. Additionally HellermannTyton are aware of European Standards (CENELEC)
and International Standards (IEC). This is reflected in the design, performance and future-proofing
of the fibre product range.
The closures have also been designed to meet customer’s demands for various fibre management
systems including single circuit, single element, multiple element and cross connectivity.
Tray design is evolving to meet the various needs of bend sensitive fibres, for which the Hellipse™
NZDF range has been developed, increased fibre storage capacity, the abilIty to change direction of
the fibres and to cater for the various types of splice protectors and PON devices that are now
available in the global market.

Manifolds
A fibre manifold is a device for dividing and managing fibres within
a splice closure or an optical distribution frame. It consists of a
moulded divider with snap on cover with 1 or 2 polyethylene tubes
inserted at one end and a number of similar tubes at the other.
The input tubes are simply fitted over a fibre cable element or loose
tube and the group of fibres is then divided into the required
number per output tube for routing to the splice area.

CablelokTM
The CABLELOK™ seal is a unique and patented product used for
the environmental sealing of cable entering a HellermannTyton
cable jointing closure. Manufactured from an external grade of
flexible neoprene, sealing is achieved by a number of internal lip
seals, which are compressed onto the cable during installation.
The base port is opened using the correct size port opening tool (1)
– see page 35. The cable is then simply inserted into the opened
port (2) and then threaded through the Cablelok™ seal (3) so that
sufficient cable is available for jointing. The Cablelok™ seal and
cable are then pulled back together through the port (4) until the
location shoulder of the seal locks against the open end of the port.
The photographs opposite illustrate the assembly steps.
• Excellent sealing properties to 6m head of water
• Rapid and consistent installation with few specialist tools
as compared with heatshrink
• Ideal for use in hazardous areas as no heat is required
for installation
• Dual outlet versions for loop through applications
• Multi-hole versions are available allowing several cable drops
from the same port
• Supplied with lubricant impreganated wipes to assist installation
• Cablelok™ hole plugs are available for sealing unused outlets
in multi-hole versions

unser Erfolg.
A premium seller with a passion:
At HellermannTyton we have a special passion; our self-imposed
commitment to innovation for everything to do with cables. Our
company philosophy is not only geared towards achieving unique
products but also towards offering an outstanding level of service
quality, in a tailor-made form that you will find nowhere else.
Innovation through dialogue and research:
No matter how different their requirements may be, there is one
thing all our customers have in common: they expect top quality.
We establish the conditions for this by constantly exchanging ex-
pertise with you. This provides a foundation on which we can de-
sign new solution, which we can then implement for you step-by-
step in utility-based products. It is an attitude that affects all our
development processes.
We always try to be one step ahead of your particular require-
ments. Our own research and development as well as innovative
products that set standards throughout the world, help us to
achieve this. So far this principle has led to more than 20,000
products.
Our Success proves right:
HellermannTyton is one of the leading suppliers of products for
fixing, fastening, identifying and protecting cables and their con-
necting components. We also develop pioneering systems in the
field of data and network technology.
In our book, standing still means stepping back:
Whether trade or industry – we shall remain your "Number One
Address". This is why we not only permanently invest in research
and development but are constantly re-examining our entire prod-
uct range. In doing so, we consider our products from your point
of view. The value of this change in perspective is shown by the
success that gives us fresh motivation each day. It is the motor that
drives us on.
If you want to offer your customers top-class,
you must never stop looking for improvement
