TOXINS
By: Christopher Costello
What Is Bowel Disease

 A Group Of Chronic Intestinal Diseases
 Can Be Caused By Food Toxicity
The Human Gut

        Contains
 Millions Of Different Bacteria.
 A Mucosal Layer (Protects & Produces Normal
    Flora)
Absence Of Mucosal Lining & Food
            Toxicity

     Affects
 Makes Intestines Vulnerable To Infection &
   Disease
 Allows For Certain Food Types To Toxically Harm
   The Body.
Forms of Toxic Foods

      Cereal Grains
          Fructose

            Fiber
Cereal Grains

            Evolution Breeds Toxicity
 Toxins Engineered To Harm Once Consumed
           They Alter Human Digestion
Fructose & Fiber

        Human Body Cannot Utilize
         Cause Bacteria To Grow

 Promotes Growth Of Toxic Microbial By-
                 Products
Filling In The Gaps
 Removal Of Toxic Food Products = Gaps In Our
                        Diets
 Fill In These Gaps With Safe Foods

Editor's Notes

  1. Inflammatory bowel disease is a group of chronic diseases in the intestine that are characterized by inflammation of the bowel. It has been found that inflammatory bowel disease can be caused by food toxicity. Inflammatory bowel disease is associated long lasting problems due to irritation and ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract.
  2. There are many parts of the human body that play a role in keeping it healthy. One of the most important parts is the gut. The gut is important because it is a key leader when it comes to keeping the human body healthy. The human gut contains thousand upon thousands of different types of bacteria. The gut is surrounded by a mucosal layer that is used to create normal flora (friendly/helpful bacteria). This normal flora is used in order to combat any possible harmful bacteria that is ingested into the body. This mucosal layer also functions as a protective barrier against pathogenic bacteria.
  3. Now lets examine what would happen if the mucosal layer of the gut would was absent. The absence of the mucosal layer of the gut ends up making the intestines vulnerable to severe infection and disease. Bacteria are not the only things that are capable of affecting the gut. Another thing that can affect the overall health and function of the gut is food toxicity.
  4. There are several different contents in food that can form high amounts of harmful toxins in the gut. A few different contents of foods that are toxic to the gut are Cereal Grains, Fructose, and Fiber.
  5. Cereal Grains have been a very common form of food for animals throughout the past and because of this many of these grains have evolved and now contain large amounts of toxins. These grain produced toxins are engineered by the plants to harm the animals that consume them. These toxins target and alter human digestion which makes the individual produce and excrete an increased amount of stool. By these toxins inhabiting the human digestive tract they allow for the harmful bacteria to increase in population thus having a greater chance of leading to infectious diseases such as bowel disease.
  6. Fructose and fiber are a another form of contents in food that can produce harmful toxins to the gut. Fructose is a toxic sugar that humans are not able to utilize. Also fiber is not able to be utilized by the human body. While humans are not able to utilize these food contents certain harmful bacteria are. So then the consumption of fructose and fiber by humans actually promotes the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestine thus increasing the harmful toxic by-products of these bacteria, which can lead to infectious diseases such as bowel disease.
  7. By avoiding foods that contain Cereal Grains, Fructose, and Fiber the health of the human gut can be secured. By lessoning the intake of these types of food contents we end up leaving gaps in our diet. Things that can be eaten to help fill in the gaps are safe starches such as sweet potatoes, yams, fruits, berries, white rice, saturated fat rich oils and fats, meats, and seafood. By lessoning the intake of harmful toxins bowel disease can be improved.
