This document discusses Heather Fallon's memories, hobbies, daily routine, emotional triggers, frustrations with certain subjects like math, experience with online learning, and first memories of tragedy and victory. Her earliest memory was being terrified at the beach at age 5. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and traveling. Her daily routine involves waking up early to get her kids to activities before doing homework. She struggles with people who think they are better than others or have poor manners. Online learning was initially difficult but helped her learn in new ways. Her first memory of tragedy was the death of her uncle.

2. EPISODIC MEMORY
Memories that are
retrieved from past
experiences that one can
recall in detail (Morris,
Baker-Ward, Bauer 2010).
My first memory was when
I was five years old going
to the beach. It was my
first experience on a family
vacation. When we arrived
my mom and dad took me
to the ocean and I ran all
the way back to the
camper absolutely
terrified.

3. HOBBIES AND PASSIONS
My hobbies consist of
spending quality time with
my family outdoors along
with traveling.
Learning through travel is
important to expand you
knowledge of other
cultures ().
My passions are reading,
traveling , and food.
My husband and I love to
venture off the beaten path
to find the best restaurants
on our travels.

4. DAILY ROUTINE
My alarm goes off at four
in the morning .after
hitting snooze three times
as least I get up and
shower.
I am on the road by five
fifteen for my hour and ten
minute drive to work.
After an ten hour and
twenty minute day of work,
I am off to pick one child
up from day care and the
other from my parents.
Once at home I get my son
set up for his homework
and start dinner.
After dinner is taekwondo
or soccer for my oldest
son.
When all activities are
finished it is bath time for
the boys and bedtime.
At eight thirty, my
husband and I talk about
our day then it is
homework for me.
Bedtime at eleven.

5. Emotional Buttons
I have a difficult time dealing with people that believe
they are better than others.
It drives me crazy when people do not use their manners.
People that do not teach their children manners
And the Ultimate pet peeve is when people chew with
their mouths open!!!!!!!

6. FRUSTRATIONS
Frustrations can coincide with understanding your
emotional intelligence. EI is the awareness and
understanding of yourself. IT allows you recognize your
vulnerabilities, areas that may need extra attention for
improvement, as well as your strengths (Institute for
Health and Human Potential n.d.).
Frustrations for me are in areas of my vulnerabilities are
such as math and problem solving. (edutopia n.d)

7. ONLINE LEARNING
Online learning took me some amount of time to get the
hang of. I was a visual learning and also required verbal
teaching on order for me to grasp concepts, or so I
thought.
Learning in a different way than I was comfortable with
allowed me to acknowledge that is was possible for me
to do things I did not think I was capable of doing. This
gave me insight into the areas in which I could use
improvement and made me apply them in a new way
(edutopia n.d.). I was tapping into the use of multiple
intelligences. This made me aware of what I was lacking
in and allowed me to strive for the best of myself.

8. FIRST MEMORIES OF
TRAGEDY AND VICTORY
My first memories of tragedy was the death of my uncle.
This was my first experience of death and I remember
having a difficult time understanding what was going on.
I was too afraid to talk about my feelings because
everyone was so upset.
My first experience of victory was performing in a talent
show dancing and winning first place in my age division.
