Discover YOU! is hosting an event called "Healthy Planning is Healthy Aging" on July 25, 2013 from 10:30-11:30 AM or 5:30-6:30 PM at their Community Kitchen in Mt. Holly, NC. The event will feature a speaker on healthy aging as well as a member of the CaroMont Health and Fitness Center sharing their story. Registration is required by July 24th and is free of charge.
