Students 13 years of age should follow some tips about food.
Firstly, the 50% of his or her food must be grain products like
corn, bread, pasta. Secondly, a student in an age like that needs
a lot of energy, so the 30% of the food he or she eats must
consist of fruit, vegetables and dairy products. Also meat, fish
and poultry must be part of the 20% of what he or she eats. But
not too much of them otherwise our diet won't be that healthy.
