A 55 years male patient was admitted in the
hospital in general ward with the chief
complaints of:
• Severe shortness of breathe .
• DM+/ HTN.

• Good LV systolic function
• Reduced LV complaints
• Normal sized chambers
• Sinus tachycardia
• Increased flows across all valves
