new patient portal —
MyHealth.
2. Attend one of our free Informational
Sessions scheduled on Tuesdays and
Wednesdays from October 15 –
December 11 at Beloit Clinic, 1905 E.
Huebbe Parkway, Beloit.
This in-person session will be held every
Tuesday at 10 a.m. and every Wednesday
at 11 a.m. through December 11th.
No reservations required. Please meet in
Beloit Clinic’s main lobby.
