minutes, High: 20 minutes, Medium: 30 minutes
• Not Accepted Sites TT to be referred to WNI Group.
• Make sure to track the assigned TT with field Team and escalate if any delay on
fixing the issue.
• Clear the TT by checking from OSS status, if the Alarm or Outages are active
then ask the same FTs to fix the issue again.
• Make sure all TT are cleared after getting confirmation from Filed team with
correct “Repair details” on RTTS
• Escalate TT cases with deficiency, spare to Regional Team.
• Escalate TT cases with access to Regional Team and get the official mail from
