Project Name: “The utility of various utensils for sorghum – Fermentation to
prepare sourdough”

Description: The project includes case study of various utensils used for the fermentation
of sorghum such as brass, copper, earthen pot, plastic, glass & stainless steel. To study
naturally occurring steeped sorghum fermentation to compare physical, chemical &
microbiological properties.

2. Responsibilities:
-to collect various Pot of same sizes & same surface.
-Study of micro organism formation while fermentation of sorghum.
-Study of physical, chemical, & microbiological parameters.
-Recommend the appropriate container for the use of fermentation of sorghum.
