1)As a child we were all in touch with our intuition- although we didn’t know this yet.
Good judge of the character of a man hand a baby to him and see how the baby reacts
2)we are all given inner guidance – however it needs to be developed : it is an essential life skill we must learn
AND we either chose to listen and nurture it OR We ignore it and carry on- missing out on the clarity of thought.
3)No one is special enough to be excluded from have the powers of their own intuition,
TASK: Think of a situation – gut instinct – but you didn’t follow it.
Knowing something without being able to explain how you came to that conclusion:
Latin word – Intueri : look within.

LEARN how to ask correctly and then read, interpret the information given to us, endless source & supply and very useful
Protection software – 2 points:
1)Intuitive guidance is available for all of us but sometimes we find it difficult to access or tune into;
know the difference between intuitive guidance and simply programmed thinking/ rational mind/ Voices of our parents / prejudices/ external influences
Or FEAR our own inner sceptic : THINKERS our mental voice can be very powerful
Pay attention to how FEAR feels in your body *TASK
Fearful thoughts vs intuitive thoughts : emotionally charged : heavy : dark: frustrated VS light: no emotion: crystal clear: calm & inspired.
2)Because our intuition often knows what’s best for us even when our thinking minds do not understand yet what’s going on.
Eg: given exactly what you wanted but somehow didn’t work out?
Arrived at where you thought you needed to be only discovered you have to do a u turn out of there?
Definitions & Discoveries of INTUITION go back to man’s earliest writing in the western world
Prolifically Carl Jung studied the mind acknowledge this: WROTE DESCRIBED IT – only understanding its value now.
Budhist, Islamic, Hindu - Eastern cultures have a far wider and deeper connection and understanding of this human power
Eastern Spiritual traditions have revered the powers of intuition and used it to connect to planes of higher consciousness
Even further but closer to home depicted in rock art & san paintings that depict spirit- hunters mythology becoming one with the beast.
Egyptologist- golden age – intuitive powers – lost art in our world
1) We forgot the art of trusting because we live in a world of hard based visual & physical evidence

LEFT brain is responsible for reason and logic, linear thinking, memories, beliefs and verbal communication.

Our educational system is designed to develop the left brain. We can teach and learn how to work with these abilities.
WHAT
RIGHT brain is developed in a totally different way. The right brain is responsible for creativity, compassion, inventiveness, the ability to see the big picture or understand the interrelatedness of things and how all the parts fit together.
The right brain is our connection to our source, and allows us to understand laws of nature and principles of life. The right brain communicates only to us through intuition.

Thoughts are vibrations: that resonate around you and get called into reality
Problems need energy to live: the more attention you give a problem the bigger it will grow.

Never FEARFUL, or frantic never angry never putting you down-inner voice programmed other peoples opinions- expectations of others – heard my mothers voice until I was 40 shut it down, tuned into myself.
Voice of your intuition is calm knowing truth;
Bringing forth our inner world to define our outer world
Not waiting for the outer world to show evidence to us before we believe in the inner world.

Meditative Exercise:
Preparing for work, what do you wear,
Commuting to work, how do you get there,
Where your office is, the physical area, what the environment is
What your desk looks like, who your colleagues are,
What your day involves,
How do you feel, what impact do you have as an organization
the more detailed you can be the better: we know that this.
A mind that is stretched by a new experience or thought can never go back to its old dimensions
Hold yourself accountable to these feelings and thoughts : they have come from within you and they are possible to achieve
MEDITATION Your thoughts must be compelling / heart quickening
Rule 1 : Stay open & stay in tune
Rule 2 : Imagination is the heartbeat of your soul
Happiness does NOT equal the job title
Understand you have an energy
Know what that energy is
Make a commitment for the next 30 days to give your intuition your full attention and allow it to become stronger.
