Wynn Las Vegas Launches Wynn Mobile Sportsbook
LAS VEGAS (January 26, 2015) —
Wynn Resorts, Limited (Nasdaq:
WYNN) and Encore announced the
launch of its mobile sports betting app,
Wynn Mobile Sports.
Designed in partnership with Miomni,
Wynn Mobile Sports will offer a wide
range of functions in a user-friendly
interface that allows mobile users to
place wagers while enjoying other resort
amenities. The app will feature various
types of wager options, including
straight bets, parlays, futures books.
Built specifically to appeal to
millennials, Wynn Mobile Sports will

According to figures disclosed by the
Nevada Gaming Control Board, Nevada
casino gambling revenue declined
2.87% to $925.3m. On the Las Vegas
Strip, reported gaming revenue was

down 7.7% to $522.3m, while
downtown revenue was up 8.8% to
$42m.
Total sportsbook revenue fell 3.3% to
$19.6m despite accepting wagers of
$448.2m, a new Nevada record for the
month of January, as handle fell 4.38%.
The handle total was driven by record
basketball wagering of $187.6m,
surpassing January 2015’s previous
record of $177.2m, while this January’s
win fell 29.1% year-on-year to $10.2m
on a 5.44% hold.
Football win came to $8.2m, as books
held 2.49% of the $234.8m handle.
A revised NFL schedule that brought an
extra week of regular season games
wagering, resulted in net football win
improving 133.8% year-on-year.
Other sports generated net win of
$1.95m, and Nevada race books
reported revenue down 18.5% to $3.8m.

Big Fish Mobile Gaming Revenue

Incorporated (CDI) reported business
results for the quarter and full year
ended December 31, 2015.
Full Year 2015 Highlights
• Generated record net revenue of
$1,212.3 million, 49% higher than
the prior year—Delivered Adjusted
EBITDA of $335.6 million, 66%
higher than the prior year
• Drove net cash flows from operating
activities of $264.5 million, up 87%
over prior year
• In the fourth quarter 2015, net
revenue, Adjusted EBITDA and net
income grew significantly compared
to the prior year as a result of the
Big Fish Games acquisition.
• In 2015, net revenue, Adjusted
EBITDA and net income grew
significantly compared to the prior
year as a result of the Big Fish
Games acquisition. Net revenue
growth also benefited from a record
setting Kentucky Oaks and Derby
week, a 7.5% increase in TwinSpires
handle and organic growth at the
Oxford Casino. The Adjusted
EBITDA growth also benefited from
cost reductions in the racing segment
as a result of the cessation of Calder
pari-mutuel operations and cost
controls in CDI Casinos. The
increase in net income for 2015 was
driven by strong Adjusted EBITDA

Corporate segment related to
deferred compensation that was
partially offset by Big Fish Games
related adjustments, Calder racing
exit costs, depreciation,
amortization, interest expense and
income tax expense.
Social Casino Revenue
For the quarter, total social casino
revenue grew $25.7 million or 27% on a
comparative basis over full fourth
quarter 2014 revenue. Casino and
Casual Free-to-Play business segments
lines continued to show growth, more
than offsetting the decline in the
Premium business line. Casino revenue
grew by $1.2 million, driven by a 15%
increase in average revenue per paying
user (ARPU) compared to the fourth
quarter of 2014, which was partially
offset by an 11% decline in average
paying users. Casual Free-to-Play
revenue growth of $31.2 million was
driven by a 132% increase in quarterly
average paying users and a 26%
user. CDI growth in Casual
Free-to-Play gaming was driven by the

continued success of Gummy Drop!, as
well as the late third quarter launch of
Dungeon Boss. Premium revenue
declined $6.7 million, or 21%, primarily
driven by customers continuing to shift
from paid PC games to free-to-play
mobile games. In addition, the foreign
currency impact from the strengthening
U.S. dollar (USD) reduced Premium
revenues by $1.1 million.
For the full year, total social casino
revenue grew $117.1 million or 35% on
a comparative basis over the full year
2014. Casino bookings grew by
$35.9 million, driven by a 12% increase
in average paying users and a 10%
user compared to the full year of 2014.
Casual Free-to-Play bookings' growth of
$112.6 million was driven by a 165%
increase in average paying users and a
48% increase in average revenue per
paying user.

Adjusted EBITDA, and net cash flows
from operations for the year,” said Bill

of the strength of the Company's

Social Gaming Revenue
On Feb. 25, 2016, Scientific Games
Corporation reported results for the
fourth quarter and full year ended
December 31, 2015.
Fourth quarter revenue rose to
$737 million (a 10 percent increase over
the third quarter), driven by 8,990
gaming units shipped globally, including
5,366 units to North America customers
(a 46 percent increase over the third
quarter), and an increase in Interactive
revenue to $60 million (an 18 percent
increase over the third quarter). 2015
revenue increased to $2.8 billion.
Fourth quarter Attributable EBITDA
increased to $293 million and fourth
quarter EBITDA margin increased to 40
percent, driven by higher revenue and
lower costs due to integration actions
implemented earlier in the year. 2015
EBITDA increased to $1,075 million.
For the Interactive Segment, which
includes social casino gaming, 2015
revenue was $60.3 million compared to
in $43 million 2014, a increase of
40.2%.Monthly active users (MAU),
was 8.1 million, up 12.5% from
7.2 million a year ago.
Daily active users (DAU) was
2.4 million compared to 1.8 million, up
27.8%.
Average revenue per daily active user
(ARPDU) was $0.22, no change from
the prior period.
