On 31st. October people in Britain and the U.S.A. celebrate Halloween. Halloween is traditionally said to be the night on which _______ and witches can be seen. On that night people -specially children- dress up with witches' hats, Dracula's cloaks, frightening ______  etc. to scare their family and friends. They make a _______ cutting the shape of a face from a hollow __________. Then they light a candle inside it and put the lantern in the window.  Also they play traditional games like "_____or treat" (People visit their neighbours or friends and ask them for sweets  –  a  ___  -. If they don't they play a trick on them.  It's very funny!).

It is now simply called “ Halloween ”
