Conditioning
Default Emotional programming also known as primal emotional programming of survival instinct, reacts to
uncertainty by triggering Emotion of fear (avoidance of biological threat or aggression). Remember, it is not
your thinking brain, but “first responder” to uncertainty, hardwired into automatic survival programming
that allowed our species to survive.
2. Thinking produce Emotions and emotions are transformed into feelings and under these feelings we perform our actions and
reactions(Behavior). Emotional Surprise Attack may result from fear arises out of the subconscious that corrupts your rational thinking
and we do stupid things. The survival instinct is programmed into human emotional circuitry when human survival was overflowing with
dangerous challenges.
The emotional brain developed automatic reactive responses to the all-common threats. Anything that threatened the safety of our
ancestors automatically triggered the survival instinct. It is hardwired into automatic survival programming that allowed our species to
survive.
Uncertainty and Risk are perceived as major changes in the status quo of an organism’s (Your) comfort zone.
Emotions are triggered when the organism (you) face uncertainty. This is because emotions are built to kick in at any time, there is a
disruption to a standard sensorial pattern that has already been programmed into brain circuitry.
How to Reprogram the Survival Response
Step 1: Become comfortable with discomfort that is produced by your uneasy emotions. For this accomplishment, you have to reprogram
your survival instinct (of the emotional brain).
Step 2: Check your Beliefs System, i.e. What beliefs Are You carrying? What flaws in perception are being revealed by your trading account
when you are different situations? Journal everything about your behavior. Listen to the conversation in your mind. Listen for the beliefs
attached to your actions.
