From July 2011 till the present (had an advance at the same company as below).
Company`s Collection and appointments responsible.
My team contains almost 423 couriers they are totally under my authority as I do following
them to do their tasks accurately over a phone calls or meet with them.
They are serving all over Egypt countries divided to 4 branches.
1- Assuit branch they serving Upper Egypt.
2- Ismailia branch they serving Canal cities.
3- Tanta branch they serving outskirts cities.
4- Alex branch they serving maritime cities.
I do operate all the previous tasks from the main branch which is Cairo branch and sometimes
I have to visit all these branches to check out with the team their problems and to update
them by all the new process.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Responsible for the management and quality control team number (10 Items Quality
Monitor).
 Responsible for Project Management collecting donations for the Society for charity.
 Sure whether the level of service provided is in accordance with what was agreed
between the company and the client in their contract or not.
 Take action to correct any error in the event of a deviation from the desired level.
 Prepare a monthly assessment of all department staff includes over the employee’s
commitment to the dates of attendance and commitment to achieving the desired goal of
his job and commitment to functional tasks and procedures, policies, and procedures for
the company.
 Propose new ways to solve problems and contribute to the development of mechanisms
of action the company (Operations Management).
 Work sessions with the quality control team to discuss the problems that hinder the
conduct of work in various departments of the company, with the submission of
proposals and solutions on to the senior management of the company.
 Supervision to resolve customer complaints with the follow up what has been reached
which results in addition to the supervision of the reports issued by the QC team with
what came verification of data.
 Responsible for the follow-up of the distribution and collection of contacts bills
 Prepare the necessary reports for distribution and collection process with operations
management.
 Follow link to the rates of delivery and collection of the best from the previous session,
with follow up the implementation of mechanisms for delivery and collection.
 Making civilian visits for the customers to check the service's quality.
 Responsible for the delivery of monthly releases.
 Completed delivery rates highest in the group.
