The study investigates the stability constants of manganese (Mn) complexes with glycine in various concentrations of DMF-water mixtures using potentiometric titrations. Results indicate that the stability of the Mn-glycine complex is higher in a 70%-30% DMF-water mixture compared to a 50%-50% mixture, attributed to decreased solvation of metal ions in DMF. The findings enhance understanding of metal-ligand interactions, potentially influencing pharmaceutical applications and coordination chemistry.
