 Daily verification of Microsoft Customer contract details and tacking Backup of
the data by day to day process for Disaster Recovery.
 Sending the notification to the team that the Backup data is compiled, attached,
and uploaded to the SharePoint site.
 Sending Security Bulletin Alerts and Proactive Emails to Microsoft Clients as per
the Microsoft new releases and updates.
 Provisioning the new Customers in Microsoft Data Base as per the Customer’s
and Manager’s request.
 Emailing to the Microsoft Managers informing them that we completed the initial
provisioning of his/her Customer’s mailing list and providing corresponding data.
 Checking the Customer contract expirations and renewals in Microsoft Data Base.
Sending notification emails to Microsoft Manager’s with the expired contract
details.
 Daily checking Managers, Customers emails and providing the accurate solution
without missing the SLA’s.
 Editing the Customer’s mailing lists, unsubscribing the customers from the
contracts as per the Managers and Customers requests.
 Daily checking the Non-Delivery Reports received in the outlook and sending the
notification mail to Microsoft Managers.

 Created Dashboard and Scorecard for DR Department.
 Coordination on patch and upgrades.
 Worked with NetBackup 7.1, 7.5 and 7.6 in large environment on both Linux and
Windows Servers.
 Worked on backup documentation procedures for the Level 2 and level 1 support.
 Coordinate with application team regarding Plan of Action for Drill’s.
 Executing the production Batch runs of BCP application during DR drill
(EOD/BOD process).
 During the DR, drill Shutdown/Startup databases, Start/Stop application.
 Executing and resolve problem in EOD and BOD Process of banking
