TRANSPLANTING

transplanted are best suited for
container gardening. These types of
plants are strong and survive longer.

WATERINGĀ
Always choose time-release or water-
soluble fertilizers. Watering one time a
day is usually adequate for container
plants.
5. DISEASES & INSECTS
Vegetables grown in containers are
prone to the same insects and
diseases that can take place in any
garden. Consult an expert gardener
before using insecticides.

Tomatoes, lettuce, green chilis, beans,
radishes and, parsley are some of the
vegetables ideally suited for growing in
containers.
4. HARVESTING
Harvest your produce during the peak
of their maturity. This way, you get the
best quality nutrients in the vegetables.
