The document introduces interactive interviews as a "do-it-yourself" option for simple legal issues. An interactive interview involves a virtual guide asking questions to gather key details, then automatically generating customized legal documents. This provides an affordable alternative to a lawyer for straightforward matters where advice is not needed. The document cautions it may not be suitable for complicated situations and recommends consulting a legal professional first if possible.
A Code of Ethics is an attempt to define basic rules, or principles for determining what constitutes "good" or "right" behaviour for the professional designer.
Talk with your users! Presentation at STHLM Xperience ConferenceAndrea Othilie Rognan
We are supposed to talk more with our machines. Chatbots and smart assistants promise human conversations that make everyday life even easier. They are intended to be intuitive, delightful, and efficient. Many are not. Conversational design is a new design discipline, but the basics of it are not revolutionary. It covers how we work with language and content in all interfaces, including chatbots and smart assistants. Andrea base the principles of conversational design on plain language, user experience design, and sociolinguistics. Some of the principles are simple. Be upfront about the limits of technology and manage your users' expectations. Handle errors in a constructive and empathetic way. Utilize personality to create delight and maintain trust. Andrea have also been allowed to test these out – and faced how new technology can create both great opportunities and serious pitfalls for communication.

BA and Beyond 20 - Liz Calder - We can, but should we? Modern ethics and the BA.BA and Beyond
Do you believe you behave ethically at work?
Have you even thought about it?
The world we live in has moved from a physical realm to one where we now live partly digitally. It is growing organically, with every bright idea leading to a thousand new opportunities. But who decides what is the right thing to do in this new world? Well, we do! The Business Analysts and the teams that create it.
So far the results have been patchy. There are some great forces for good and some dangerous abuses of new technologies.
This presentation takes a look at the ethical responsibilities, training, strategic planning and other considerations that should be examined before entering the business of interventions.
Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
