7. Proposed Retail Renovation
The Restaurant and retail industry is a booming and competitive one. The
right look and feel to a space can mean all the difference to a successful
business. With our 3D rendering software we are allowed to design with
constant revision and material selection. By incorporating materials in our
renderings we can adjust and get a feel of any space until the client is
satisfied with the result.
Our large list of material providers and in-House show room allow us to cre-
ate multiple possibilities for any space and idea the client may have. For ex-
ample; the above rendering shows an exterior where the existing brick was
utilized but refinished by painting it white.
Our supplier at Century Architecture allows us to implement that same paint-
ed brick look on the interior at a fraction of the cost of hiring a brick mason.
The quarter-inch-thick pre-engineered brick wall panels are replicated from
authentic century-old walls and made from sandblasted reclaimed brick.
The product is affixed to a mesh backing for easy installation, and comes
in eight styles to choose from. They can also create custom designs to suit
your individual style. With being one of the many products to choose from
we can design any space based off of any ideas for any of your business
needs.

Complete Interior Renovation of an older subdivision home. ​Our
client came to us with a newly purchased home. With an
unfinished basement, Outdated finished, and over sized
bedroom we were given a long list of needs and wants.
The original kitchen cabinets were still in good condition so they
were refinished and painted an off white Benjamin Moore color.
All finishes were replace and the curving stair treads we
refinished to match the newly set grey tile. The unfinished
basement was designed to feature an extra living room, office/
bedroom, and large personal fitness room. An over-sized
master bedroom was divided too accommodate a larger pro-
posed walk-in closet with a featured closet island. Small step-up
dormer spaces in the master were converted to accommodate a
built in accessory cabinet and bench.

A modern touch to a prestige Toronto neighborhood. Our team at
GTB were given the task to design and execute a modern, efficient
design for our clients home. Working with a narrow lot we
established a modern design that would fit the lot without
sacrificing exterior contrast over interior space. By designing with
that in mind we designed a home with enough character to the
exterior that the flat roof or general boxed design would go
un-noticed. Adding exterior elements like protruding overhangs,
canopy and rooftop/balcony gardens the overall look for the
exterior executed a clean but intricate design. With corner
windows and carefully placed overhangs along with a solar study
we have established a design the takes advantage of sunlight
from sunrise to sunset. The design utilizes the corner windows
during cold winter seasons to naturally heat the home while
designing overhangs and planting components to provide shade
during warmer summer weather.

Complete Interior Renovation of a suburb home. ​Provided this
newly purchased home we were given the task of eliminated
all the existing finishes that were provided by the original
Sub-division Builder.
The Original kitchen was refinished and enlarged to
accommodate a bank of full height pantry and Contrasting
kitchen Island. An old Brick Fireplace was removed and
replaced with a modern tiled feature wall for a mounted TV
and new featured Fireplace.
A large but poorly executed master en-suite was redesigned
and refinished to feature a new double vanity and free
standing tub. Extra space left from the en-suite was split
between an newly enlarged walk in closet and small bath for
the guest bedroom. With all the out dated materials from the
older builder removed and replaced the clients were left with
a new,fresh transitional look that were both stunning and
better utilized.
