The manager Colin Baker (?) was really doing a great job! One morning I saw in the lobby talking to the stafff and training them to say "good morning" cheerfully to the guests and
then anotehr time up in the Lounge greeting his guests. He made everyone feels welcome and you can see that he really cares about his hotle and his staff.
