Summary of modifications
Section 1: scope modification to include subsea systems
Section 3: change of terminology for annulus (first annulus = annulus A; first
surrounding casing = annulus B etc)
Section 9: simplification of this section related to Simultaneous Operations – the
safety requirements remain the same as before
Section 10: new section dedicated to subsea systems
Appendix 1: modified to cover subsea wells / for all completed wells, the annulus
DSHV is not considered as part of the internal barrier envelope anymore
Appendix 7: new appendix regarding typical subsea wellhead safety logic diagram
Appendixes 8 to 10: new appendixes regarding typical production / gas injection /
water injection wellhead arrangements
