and encourage positive student behaviour. In order to achieve clarity about behaviour
expectations and consistency and fairness in behaviour management within the College,
the policy and protocols outline practices that support positive student behaviours and
sanctions that apply for breaches of behaviour expectations.
The policy and protocols are developed within the framework of policies and guidelines of
the Catholic Education Melbourne (CEM).

Mission, wherein we seek to:

• Assist students and staff to recognise the impact of their actions on others
• Nurture and restore relationships
• Help students to learn from their mistakes, grow in self discipline and take
responsibility for their actions.
The College expects that each person will:

• Allow each student to maximise their learning opportunities

• Promote a safe environment

The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT FOR MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS STUDENTS
Be sure to read the code of conduct carefully before violating the rules. All students should adhere to it
for the tenure in this class else they will suffer the consequences. The infringement of these rules will
incur penalties in which you will be dealt with by the higher authority in the class.
Ethical principles
Students in the business management of business class should always respect the lecturer set
over them and their fellow classmates. Each student is expected to behave as ladies and
gentlemen with dignity and pride and conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity.
Each student is expected to be honest, caring and respectful towards individuals within the
classroom.
Values of the class
Students and teacher should not display favoritism within the class. Cheating is strictly
prohibited; anyone who is caught during the act will be severely punished and will suffer the
consequences especially during final exams. Students are expected to be fair to each other and
maintain that behaviour throughout the class.
Accountability
Students within the class should always take full responsibility for there own actions. They
should be able to control their temper and avoid conflicts with each other students in the class.
Students and lecturer must pass on information correctly and information relating to topics in the
class must be reliable.
2. The use of cell phones and other electronic gadgets is strictly not allowed in class except for
educational purposes.
Conduct
Students in the management of business class are expected to act with the highest level of
maturity mainly from student leaders and representatives. Students are expected to perform task
given to them with honesty and integrity. Below are some more lists of ethics to be followed by
students in the class:
Each member in the class is expected to be honest and fair in dealing with classmates and
lecturer.
Be respectful of the rights of fellow classmates by refraining from action that may be
constructed as harassing and discriminating.
Alert lecturer whenever an illegal, dishonest or unfair act is encouraged is suspected in
the class.
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited by students therefore work belonging to someone else
should be quoted.
Behaviour
All students are expected to observe the guidelines below and adhere to them:
Students must be quiet and orderly within and around the vicinity of the classroom.
Excessive noise making that disrupts educational activities is not tolerated.
The use of indecent language, loud boisterous and inappropriate behaviour will not be
accepted.
