This document provides specifications for an AC 3 Phase 8040 TENV motor with a 246:1 ratio PL 7300 gearbox. Key specifications include a rated output of 6.3 rpm and 630 lb-in of torque drawing 0.4 amps of current. Breakdown and pullup tests were also performed showing speeds of 3.9 rpm and 0 rpm with torques of 1309.57 lb-in and 1177.36 lb-in respectively. Efficiency levels of the gearbox, motor and system are provided along with start/stall current and torque values and a chart showing efficiency at varying speeds and torques.
