This document proposes a sustainable redevelopment plan for the Orson Spencer Hall site at the University of Utah. The plan aims to maximize public space usage, connect areas visually and physically by overcoming level differences, and integrate public spaces. It suggests demolishing the existing building and transforming the site by adding features like a green roof, solar panels, grey water system, organic garden, botanical garden, green amphitheater, sculpture garden, and open study areas. These changes would make the site more socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable.
