Aim: incubation of sustainability focused start ups in the
GCR, and support and coordination of green economy
developments within the GCR
Head of the Green Economy Unit, within TIHMC: the coordination
and implementation of sustainable economic development
initiatives primarily in Gauteng by:
– Providing technical support to other sector departments and local
government and
– Providing intelligence with the goal of contributing to economic
competitiveness and job creation in the Gauteng City Region.
– Supporting supporting business growth of innovation based start-ups via
the Climate Innovation Centre South Africa (CICSA)
