2) All of the software you guys build for me will go up here for sale, it needs SEO so
Google etc can find it very easily with software keywords
3) It needs to accept PayPal and credit cards
4) It needs to be very easy to use, layout similar to www.pctools.com
5) I require you guys to do nice graphics so it looks very modern and sleek
6) Once customer pays for their program it takes them to a download section and
they can download immediately after purchase
7) When client purchases it needs to collect their information for marketing later and
newsletter signup etc

This Website is divided into two parts
 Admin Panel
 User Interface.
2.1 Admin Panel
 Admin panel contains the facility for Upload tools with
description.

Admin panel will allow you to insert products and his details.

I will provide you FCK editor for this so you can add html contents also.
