Objective
To share experiences and to develop
best practice in promoting mentorship
for WiLAT
Expected Outcome
 Draw up guidelines which will help countries to
develop mentoring program
Who should be the mentor, what activities we
would propose to reinforce relationship between
mentor and mentee, would there be annual
gatherings of mentors and mentors
 Draw up a list of possible activities for WiLATs
who want to develop a mentorship program
