from a variety of templates or create a project from scratch,
use the brand kit feature in Microsoft Designer that allows
you to store a color scheme that’s always available, as well
as your brand’s logo and selected fonts, add your branding
automatically to a variety of Canva posts which saves you
time and energy when creating branded designs, using
prompt descriptions to generate new design is a feature in
Microsoft Designer that allows you to generate unique
images by typing what you want to see, generate anything
from simple icons and patterns, to illustration and artwork,
even so-called imaginary photos or depictions of 3D objects.

12. Create Outlook Personal Account
1. Visit Outlook Sign-Up Page: Go to the Outlook sign-up page.
2. Choose an Email Address: You can create an address ending with "@outlook.com" or "@hotmail.com.” Click on the option to Get a new email address.
3. Provide Information: Fill in the required information, which typically includes your first and last name, preferred email address, and password. Make sure to create a
strong password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters.
4. Security Information: Set up security information for your account. This might involve providing an alternate email address or phone number to recover your
account if you forget your password or get locked out.
5. Verification: Microsoft will likely ask you to verify your identity. This can be done through a phone number or an alternate email address. Follow the prompts to
receive a verification code and enter it to verify your account.

13. Accessing Microsoft Designer
1.Login to Account: Log in to your Microsoft account using your credentials. Use an
Outlook account.
2.Web Portal: Navigate to the Microsoft 365 web portal or dashboard once logged in. This
is where you can manage your subscription and access various Microsoft tools and
applications.
3.App Launcher: Look for the "App Launcher" icon, usually represented by a grid of
squares or dots. Click on it to open a menu that displays all the available Microsoft apps.
4.Microsoft Designer: In the app menu, search for "Microsoft Designer" or scroll through
the list to find it. Click on the icon or name to launch the application.
5.Start Designing: Once in Microsoft Designer, you can create graphic designs. You can
either work with your images or use the editing tools provided by the software. The
interface may vary, but you should have access to various design tools and features.
14. Creating a New Project
• Go to the Microsoft Designer website and sign in with your Microsoft 365 account.
• Type a description of the design you want to create in the text box. For example, you can type “A Facebook
post about my new computer shop launch on August 25, 2023” or “A birthday card for my brother Ahmed
with flowers and balloons.”
• Write “Create a professional design for the Microsoft Designer event on 30 September 2023. Incorporate
Microsoft's logo and use a blue, gray, and white color scheme..”.
• Add Images if you want.
• Click the Generate button center of the page.
• Click on the Generate button and wait for a few seconds.
• You will see several design ideas generated by AI based on your description. You can scroll through them and
select the one you like best.
• You can customize your design by changing the text, font, color, layout, and background or adding more
elements. You can also use the Writing Assistant feature to get suggestions for improving your text.
• When you are happy with your design, click the Download button to save it as an image file or share it
directly to your social media platforms.

A brand kit in Microsoft Designer is a
collection of assets that define a brand's
visual identity. This includes the brand's logo,
colors, fonts, and other design elements. The
brand kit can be used to create consistent
and professional-looking designs.
To create a brand kit in Microsoft Designer,
you can either:
• Use one of the pre-generated brand
palettes.

description for what your brand

3. Click “Generate” and wait few
seconds to choose brand kit from
collection made for you to choose.
