Project Planning, Project Management, Design, Installation &
Commissioning and quality assurance.
Team Management, Site and Construction Management
Designing the complete Electrical Installation works for high-end
Villas, multistoried building, malls & commercial complex, and co-
ordinating with Architects & Consultants for preparing necessary
drawings and schedule the works as per BOQ and make of materials
and supervising the same Electrical installation works executed by
the Electrical contractor.
Conducing weekly and monthly project review meeting with the
project team’s for smooth progress.
Errection and commissioning of RMU, MC, HT Panel, Transformer
and LT Panel, Internal and External works as per the drawing.
Supervising, instructing and assisting the project engineers, sub-
contractors and work man at the project sites to execute the works
as per the BOQ and approved make.
Complete the works within the scheduled time and produce the
result with the best satisfaction of the clients.
Co-ordinating with Fire Alarm system, Data and voice
communication system, T.V. System, CCTV, Public Address system
and Access control system.
Testing and commissioning of ‘HT’ & ‘LT’ panels and ‘LV’ panels.
Implement QA / QC procedures, total quality management
principals and checks. Conduct Audit to ensure to the Quality and
Safety norms across the entire course of Project execution.
