Yang pada akhirnya dibuatlah website penjualan online tersebut tujuan itu untuk membangun sistem e-commerce penjualan furniture dan jika ingin memesan pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan produk tanpa harus datang ke Toko Indah Jaya Furniture. Pembuatan website ini juga sebagai salah satu media untuk mempromosikan perusahan dan produk – produknya.
Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penulisan Studi Kasus, ialah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap suatu kesatuan sistem, baik itu berupa program, kegiatan peristiwa, atau sekelompok individu yang terikat oleh tempat ataupun waktu. Tujuan penggunaan penelitian studi kasus adalah tidak sekedar untuk menjelaskan seperti apa objek yang diteliti, tetapi untuk menjelaskan bagaimana keberadaan dan mengapa kasus tersebut dapat terjadi. Studi kasus memiliki beberapa kekurangan dan kelebihan, yaitu :
Kekurangan : Sulit dibuat inferensi kepada populasi dan mudah dipengaruhi pandangan subjektif.Kelebihan : Dapat memberi hipotesis untuk penelitian lanjutan, mendukung studi – studi besar dikemudian hari dan dapat digunakan sebagai contoh ilustrasi.
Kesimpulan jurnal diatas adalah Toko Indah Jaya Furniture sekarang sudah memiliki website penjualan online yang dapat di akses dimanapun dan kapanpun, sehingga calon pembeli dapat melakukan proses pembelian secara langsung tanpa harus datang langsung ke toko tersebut.

VCP is PMI’s most critical initiative this year, because it will – and already is transforming our organization. Jamie Northrup commented genius on my simplifying SAM and I thought I was just being lazy and didn’t want to do a lot of extra work.
Ernie could only work on OPM3 25% of the time but had help of 2 admins on creating database of questions
Development costs were not costly enterprise solution.
No need for OPM3 consultant as I had to learn it myself.
As I was internal agency staff, I had first hand knowledge of operations vs outside consultant.
