Things to know about APIs
● Need to create an API user
● Create a new custom LaunchPoint Service with that user
● Daily limit of API calls (Default is 50k)
○ Batch jobs when possible
● 100 calls per 20 seconds
● 10 concurrent API calls
● Marketo API mainly consists of GETs and POSTs

Getting Started With Postman
● Create a Workspace
● Create a Collection
○ Where you will store requests
● Create an Environment
○ Create a variable called ‘id’
■ Populate with the client_id from the LaunchPoint service you created
○ Create a variable called ‘secret’
■ Populate with the client_secret fro the LaunchPoint service you created
