Google's Customized Search Engine allows users to create a custom search experience for their users by filtering results to specific sites and pages. It can be used for school libraries or intranets to only return results from approved domains and resources. Information is provided on how to set up and configure a Google Custom Search Engine to limit searches to specific topics, sites ending in .edu or .org, or pre-approved websites and pages for educational purposes.
