7. The Goodness of God is One of His Attributes Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever. (Psalms 107:1). How great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you, which you bestow in the sight of men on those who take refuge in you. (Psalms 31:19).

8. The goodness of God may be viewed as one part of His glorious nature and character and also the overall combination of His nature and character. Moses said, "Please show me your glory." And he said, "I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name 'The LORD.' And I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy. (Exodus 33:18-19).

9. Goodness means working for the benefit of others, not oneself; Paul mentions it again in Gal. 6:10. Galations 6:10 So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
