This document provides two methods for goal setting. Method 1 involves filling out a sheet with your name, today's date, and dates one and ten years in the future. It then guides writing 5-7 goals in different categories and making copies to place in visible locations. Method 2 is best for children, students, or athletes. It involves writing current performance in the left column and goals for the end of the year in the right column. Suggestions for achieving the goals are written in a box below.
