Kenali sejarah, perkembangannya sekarang, penyelengaraan, kurikulum, dan pengaruhnya bagi para peserta.
Untuk mencapai kemajuan dalam bidang apa pun memerlukan intensionalitas. Untuk bertumbuh dalam hubungan pribadi dengan Tuhan (HPDT) juga sama.
Rule of Life/Aturan Hidup/Tertib Rohani/Sacred Rhythms/Rhytms of Grace adalah pola sikap, perilaku, dan praktik yang teratur dan rutin untuk menghasilkan kualitas hidup dan karakter tertentu, secara intensional.
Menumbuhkan ritme:
- Satu demi satu, tidak sekaligus
- Dari praktik dasar, terus berkembang
- Bersifat pribadi, tidak seragam
Memerlukan waktu:
- Untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai disiplin
- Untuk menghayati maknanya
- Untuk menerapkan secara realistis
- Untuk menghasilkan irama yang indah

Waktu Teduh adalah waktu untuk bersekutu dengan Tuhan secara pribadi melalui firman dan doa yang dikhususkan secara teratur.

- MENGHADAP TUHAN: Mempersiapkan Hati & Memohon Pimpinan Roh Kudus
- MENDENGARKAN TUHAN: Membaca Firman & Merenungkan Firman
- MENANGGAPI TUHAN: Mengungkapkan Doa & Melakukan Penerapan
