2. AIM OF THE PLATFORM

To create a a fast,easily accessible,social
media(facebook) like platform for all the
entrepreneurs,for them to discuss ideas
with their Alikes ,mentors and
consultants.

3. NEED OF THE PLATFORM
Imagine you are young entrepreneur who wants to create
a venture, or a venture capitalist who wants to invest in
a special business idea or country.

What do you do? You think about business idea, you
think about where to find financing, you think about
experienced guys who could help with the advice and
mentor you. But the most important thing for all of
them (mentor, entrepreneur, Venture capitalist, expert,
business angel is a TEAM) - this is not just a words, but
proved ones by many papers and researches.

Many of us (not all) are living in the world of Social
Networks (virtual and real ones), we use facebook, we use
linkedin. But why? To solve our problems in our personal life
(firstly) - necessity of communication or sharing experience
or whateever, only then - for work.

5. What are main problems in
entrepreneruship? solving
There are many, and our project aims on
them. The most important are:

- to find a team,

- to test, validate and prove hypothesis/business
idea,

- to find funding his is really hard and long process
of decision making,

- to develop and scale business model,

- to get mentorship, advices from experienced
entrepreneurs,

- etc.

6. THE FUTURE IN
ENTREPRENEURSHIP

What about creating virtual incubator in the
countries where this infrastructure is not developed
so good, as, say, in the US? Take example of
Developing countries or Russia or CIS countries.

What if we will create virtual community which will
connect all these people and roles, organizations and
funds on the online platform? It could have a lot of
services and business models, but imagine that you
could come and it will allow you to find right people in
the right place at a right time?

7. And our team is all about that to create the
future in entrepreneurship.

8. This is our idea and we call it
Virtual entrepreneurship Lab
It is the service for entrepreneurs, mentors,
venture capitalists, experts, business angels who
are involved and work on creating ventures. Main
idea behind is to create a virtual
community/incubator where all this people could
meet and find assistance, information, knowledge on
their particular topic about startups, find teams,
share connections. This will be Virtual Social
Network for Startups.

9. Unlike existing incubators and platforms our
market is primarily Russia, CIS and developing
countries which have lack of entrepreneurship
activities or some problems with them (corruption,
absence of mentors or venture capitalists, poor
investment climate, high costs of starting up
business, poor acces to international or global
markets). Moreover, we are creating virtual
community not a physical location such as Silicon
Valley, or Famous Triangle. This virtual platform
will be aimed on different customer segments with
different services and proposals.
