Manchester Rovers is borrowing £600m from City Bank and another £300m from Other Bank over 10 years at a 7% interest rate hedged for the term of the facility. The arrangement fee is 2% of the total £800m facility amount. Repayments will total £886m over the 10 year period. The lenders are requesting collateral in the form of Manchester Rovers' stadium and other assets to secure the loan. Financial covenants include restrictions on additional debt, total debt exceeding a certain level, dividend payments exceeding a certain level, and salaries not exceeding 10% of assets.
