As learning increases,

This has to increase in cost.
13. Recommendations
Student life administrators, policymakers and financial counselors
should note several important implications from this study and
address them accordingly.
Administrators should consider ways to use the strong effect of the
peer environment to help increase the normalcy of financial
education and counseling.
Students should be cautious before getting involved in any activities
that require them to spend money. Think first about the
consequences before taking any action.
