Go to Settings -> Feedback Box

7. If "Enable Initial Box" is unchecked, skip feedback comment
section and the direct feedback highlight-blackout section will
open, otherwise feedback comment section will open.

preview its comments and screenshot.

15. Returns a success message if the feedback is created successfully
otherwise returns an error message.
