machinist and engineers will determine the

Using our advanced metallurgical analysis
tools, we test every sha, and gear to ensure
any replacements we make will be of OEM
quality and hardness. We offer replacement
gears up to 102” diameter and can heat treat
or carburize as needed to ensure long gear
life.
We also offer ground gears when needed or a
class 10 finish on non-ground gears to assure
smooth operaon. Since we are a full service
machine shop we can also address any other
