The group was assigned to play the racing game Project Gotham Racing 3 for their games unit project. Each member had a specific duty related to analyzing, playing, and documenting their experience with the game. They were required to play the game daily and write blog posts about what they did and learned. The game involved racing cars to earn points and money to upgrade vehicles and pass levels by finishing races in first or second place. While some members found the project interesting, others disliked it due to a lack of access to the assigned game.

2. Work Plan Duties Each group member has a duty relating the game. One member had to analyze the game. Two other members had to play the game and pass each level. And the last member of our group had to take notes.

3. Schedule Each day in the game unit we had to play the game we were working on. After playing the game we had to go to blogger and then write a blog about we did that day and what we learned in playing the game.

4. Timeline Games Unit We had to play the game . We had to take notes And analyze The game. We had to write blogs Everyday about Our game.

5. Game Description The game was about wining a race and getting points and money to fix your racing car. My group chose to do this game because it seemed interesting to play and we wanted to play some kind of racing game. Well we expected it to be much easier but it was a little hard. No we had not played this game before.

6. Walkthrough #1 The first level is about wining the race and to have money to repair the car and to pass to the next level but you have to finish in first and second place if you don’t, you have to try to win the race. The looks almost real and the quality of the game is high you can play with other people and win the race every time you finish a race you have to find another race. When you know that you pass a level they change you the place like another city or country and try to find a race and make the car better. They don’t have a character to choose you just have to choose the car and play. You can just play it in x box.

Walkthrough #2 In every level the races they already choose you have to win but sometimes you have to make points when you turn and or make awesome turn and the garage you can see the car all the cars look almost real and you can see the inside of the car and when you are racing you can change the look like if you were racing for real you have everything of the car they use. In the time you play you are the one that has the control and you just have to win or get points when you win the race that are in the city and they change you to other cities, every city has a race that is about three or five races but they get hard every time you change of place because in every level you have more curves or the other car are more faster than you every time you win you go to your garage and change the thing of your car like the tide and the look of your car in every race they have a different car they look so cool and awesome and like the part i like in this game is the type of the car because they have any mark of car.

Point of View-Awareness The first category it Point of View - Awareness of Audience and we are give an 3 because the game it have a great quality and can you know why you felt the game and know if you lose the game that why we are given a tree to the game and the graphic of the game is great it look the you are the one driven and the car designed look they are real have a graphic than can not explained it almost real like you take a photo to the think or place and in the game you have your garaged and you can look other cars and see the models of the car .

10. Voice - Consistency Voice - Consistency we are given a 4 because when you are playing you can hear what they said and clear and the start when they said ready and go when you have to star the race and the car noise are clear and hear is good that why we are given a 4.

11. Images Images are the great thing in this game they look real and the evaluation it 4 they can distingue we other thing and the thing are in the game look real and the car are great more than place the we have to race and the car you can designed or repair.

Point of View-Purpose Point of View - Purpose is a 3 because the purpose of the game is to win and have a better designer but you can clearly focus on the game and not get distract for something you see on the game and every race they have the time to look but you have to win that why we are given a three to the game and they image.

Soundtrack - Emotion Soundtrack - Emotion to this category we are given a 4 because you can listen the music but it little low so can not get you distract to the game every time you play the music change or have the same one the use in the last race and the thing you crash you can hear the wheel make a squeaking noise.

Economy Economy i don't know what to put because in the game is doesn't have a story at the stars don’t tell a story so maybe i will give a 1 because the reason of the game is to win the race and have the car better than somebody else so my evaluation is a 1 for the game in the category economy.

Dramatic Question In the category of drama question i will give a 2 because in the game they are many expectation on the game you can win or the other players they can win on the game are many expectation like you could lose or win in this expectation on the game is different than other game in the type of the game you can have a expectation is on the game of adventured and the war game ,or in the shoot game because in this type of game you would think the bad guy are the good guy and would be in a confusion on the game like when they tell the story and who kill the person and is on your team and you know more than would happen next in any type of game but in the type of racing and fight game they are not expectation of who would win or lose.

Engagement Engagement for this category i will give a 4 because the races i give a 4 it because the type of car and the place i race on and how i see the front of the car when are racing and the inside of the car but the place i race are great we see Las Vegas, London, and other place this is one of the car they look realistic and look more that it would that are real.

17. Complexity Complexity in this one a i give a 3 because you can choose any race in the game and the car you want to race and the think you want to buy or put on the car to make better this are some models of the race cars of project Gotham racing 3

Rules Rules in the category of rule i will give a 4 because the rules are easy and they can be figured out like you have to wait when they said go and go the way they have to go the way it is and the any car wins you have to due again to win the money or point to have more point and to pass the next level or race in the game .

Usability Usability i give is a 3 because when the game star was not the good and the game have different type of control and the best thing it was to learn the buttons to run or for the brake and the game i have to practice to get good not the good but almost to win but i never pas the levels to go to the next because all the time a lose or a get to the third place in the game and kind difficult and sometime is easy and still have to practice to win or get the point I have to win and get the thing good.

22. Melanie Do you have to earn point on the game? Yes because in the race they have to put money to race or have to win the money or point to buy think to your car to have a different designed and a better car to race you can put nitro to your car so can race more faster that why you have to earn point on the game.

23. Tania Could you choose a car ? Yes you could and any kind of car they have different colors and designed the part of the car the they look real and the you can put in different type to see when you are racing. In the think to choose your car you can look to other cars in the garage of the game.

25. Shanice What did you need the points you earned for? To get a new car or get the think to put on the car and be better the others players and have a better designed on the car and to put the think can make the car better and faster the other players.

26. Reflection Person 1 I hate this whole game unit. I think it was crap and we had to bring games to school even though we didn’t have any so how is that our fault? its not. It’s the teachers fault and he gets mad at me for not doing anything CAUSE THERES NOTHING I CAN DO. I never wanted to do this unit in the first place for the simple fact that I don’t play video games therefore I have no video games TO BRING. I wish this games unit never happened cause it was crap and I don’t care if I get a bad grade cause its not my fault and life sucks anyway. The second reason that this games unit SUCKED is cause he never stopped to think that some people wouldn’t have video games. Nobody in my group had a video game and that’s why we had to make up a game which was LAME. But we tried to make the teacher happy and try to pretend to enjoy the unit. But we DIDN’T and I’m sick of trying to make the teacher happy when it don’t work anyway. I freaking busted my butt trying to make up crap for my entries in my blog but NOOOOOO its not good enough. 27. Person 2 I thought the game was very interesting. I had never played it before so I think I’m about to get one of these games. 28. Person 3 I this unit was great I got to learn about I game that I didn’t play and It was good. I guess you can say that I liked this unit because I have played video games before, but really I don’t have games at home so it really sucked. By Tania

29. Person 4 I honestly hate this unit but really I TRIED TO DO MY BEST but its true, teachers don’t care. When ever I tried to do something or asked the teacher a question so I could get my stuff done he never came so that sucks, but yeah I did my best and every one in my group hopes you take notice of that. Maybe if we would’ve had a game or had someone to let us borough a game maybe it would’ve been better but NOOOO… I heard that people in 6 hour didn’t have games either and that You let them borough a game so I think that’s messed up, if it’s true because you never offered us any games.
