This document discusses the design of a biofeedback cycling game for children with cerebral palsy undergoing rehabilitation. Interviews with patients revealed three key values: themselves, their surroundings, and overcoming challenges. Badges were identified as effective progress markers that could extend gameplay both inside and outside the digital environment. The game would involve cycling through different virtual worlds while being challenged by levels, pickups, tilting, and ghosts based on past performance data. The conclusion suggests further collaboration between doctors and designers could create innovative health games through an incubator business model.
